This policy covers winzter-online.org.uk only – not the accounts, deposits or personal data handled by Winzter's own sportsbook and casino platform, which runs under its own privacy terms. We collect no login details, since there's no registration on this Site at all; what follows is mostly routine browsing data, handled under the UK GDPR.
Your rights, up front
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you can ask us to: show you what data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete data where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it, pause processing in certain circumstances, hand over your data in a portable format, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests (including any profiling for marketing). You can also withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything already processed. Write to support@winzter-online.org.uk to use any of these – we aim to respond within 30 days.
Who's responsible for your data

What we actually collect
Two categories, both fairly routine:
- Automatic technical data – IP address (anonymised where we can), browser and device details, screen size, the pages you visit and how you got here (search engine, direct link, an ad campaign).
- Cookie-based data – anonymous analytics identifiers, and whatever preference you set in the cookie banner.
We don't collect financial information, identity documents or anything sensitive – there'd be no reason to, since we don't process payments or hold accounts.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
Three uses cover it: keeping the Site running smoothly and fast (our legitimate interest in a working service), understanding which pages and topics get read (aggregate statistics), and – only where you've said yes via the cookie banner – showing content matched to your interests (consent-based marketing). Nothing here is sold on. When you email us directly, we process that under the basis of carrying out the exchange you started.
Who else sees it
A short list of processors handle parts of this on our behalf: Google Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics (its servers may sit outside the UK, transferred under the approved safeguards), advertising partners who may set profiling cookies once you've consented, and our hosting provider, which keeps basic connection logs for security.
How long we keep it
Browsing data: up to 26 months, matching the analytics tools' own defaults. Connection logs: roughly 90 days. Emails you send us: kept for as long as we need to deal with them, and no more than 12 months after. Cookie lifespans are listed separately in our cookie policy.
If you're not satisfied
If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, alongside – or instead of – contacting us directly.
Under-18s
This Site isn't aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors. A parent or guardian who believes a minor's data reached us through the Site can ask us to delete it at support@winzter-online.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices, the law, or the tools we use change. A significant update will be reflected in the date below.
